Sebastian Moffett has more than two decades experience as a journalist and writer, based in Tokyo, Paris and Brussels. He spent nine years at Wall Street Journal and a total of six at Reuters. He also wrote a critically acclaimed book on football, Japanese Rules. He now works as a freelance journalist and consultant based in Brussels.
